The Central Blues are proud to welcome Nadège Pâtisserie as a Silver Partner for the 2026 season. Founded by fourth-generation French pastry chef Nadège
Nourian, the Toronto institution first opened its doors in Trinity
Bellwoods in 2009 and has since grown to several locations across the
city.
This February, Nadège expanded once again
with the opening of Chez Nad, a French bistro and cocktail bar tucked
inside the original Queen West bakery, where the Blues wrapped up our
preseason with brunch this April. The bistro is also serving elevated French meals for dinner from Wednesday to Satrurday. New this summer, Nadège
is introducing a French picnic experience from its Trinity Bellwoods
location, making it the perfect way to enjoy an afternoon in the park.
Throughout
the 2026 season, players who best represent the Central Blues brand
through their effort, selflessness, and team-first spirit will be
rewarded with a Nadège gift. The Bloor-Annex
café is just a short walk from our training ground, making it an easy
stop for a pre-training sandwich, coffee, or sweet treat. Many of our
players also recognize Nadège's Oxford Kitchen
on the drive to and from our home field, making the brand a familiar
part of the Blues journey throughout the season.
Like the Central Blues, Nadège
is built on people and relationships. Nourian credits her grandmother
with inspiring her passion for pastry and instilling the craftsmanship,
care, and love of sharing food that continue to define the business
today. Those same values of community, tradition, and bringing people
together make Nadège a natural fit with the Blues, and we're grateful to the entire Nadège team for helping us celebrate the people who make our club special each week.
Whether
you're grabbing a Canadiano cafe before training, picking up pastries to share after a match, enjoying dinner at Chez Nad, be sure to stop by Nadège and thank them for supporting the Central Blues.
