The Central Blues are proud to welcome Nadège Pâtisserie as a Silver Partner for the 2026 season. Founded by fourth-generation French pastry chef Nadège Nourian, the Toronto institution first opened its doors in Trinity Bellwoods in 2009 and has since grown to several locations across the city. This February, Nadège expanded once again with the opening of Chez Nad, a French bistro and cocktail bar tucked inside the original Queen West bakery, where the Blues wrapped up our preseason with brunch this April.
