The Central Blues are excited to announce that Something in the Water Brewing Co. (SITW), Brewers Choice 2022 Canada’s New Brewery of the Year, has joined the club as a Gold Tier sponsor.
SITW was built around a simple idea: drink curious. Their lineup balances well-crafted classics with rotating, playful releases like the fan-favourite PB & J Milkshake Beer, alongside their own line of flavoured sparkling water.
Located in the heart of Liberty Village, SITW was the perfect venue to host our 2025 awards night. More than just a brewery, their taproom offers cocktails, mocktails, and tacos, as it is now also home to Ghost Taco. With a vibe that leans more Barcelona café than Munich beer hall, the space delivered a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere ideal for events and gatherings.
Hockey fans may also recognize SITW from their Sittler 10 Point Lager, the product of a partnership with NHL Hall of Famer and Toronto Maple Leafs legend Darryl Sittler.
