The Central Blues are thrilled to welcome Freya Athletic Therapy as a Platinum-level sponsor. Based at College and Dovercourt, Freya Jones-Eriksson offers individualized, active, and holistic rehabilitation for people of all backgrounds, with a strong focus on supporting queer, 2SLGBTQIA+, and allied communities.

As a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist, Freya brings extensive experience across both high-performance and grassroots sport to the Blues. Her work includes roles with both Field Hockey Canada's national and developmental teams, several University of Toronto's varsity programs, the Toronto Pride Hockey Tournament, and other local queer sport clubs.

She shares the Central Blues’ commitment to fostering an environment where everyone can show up as their authentic selves to perform at their best. Her practice emphasizes support for queer, trans, and nonbinary athletes, including considerations related to binding, surgery, hormones, and more, alongside accessible pricing options such as sliding scale and access rates.

As a former athlete, Freya also understands firsthand the physical demands of sport and the importance of staying match-ready throughout the season. Her services support everything from injury recovery to ongoing performance, helping players stay on the field and perform at their best.

Central Blues players and community members are encouraged to make the most of this partnership and prioritize their health and performance this season.
