Pre-season is Back! 2026 starts at Lamport Dome
Get ready to kick off the new season! Pre-season training starts January 10th and runs through the end of April, with sessions every Saturday from 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Allan A. Lamport Stadium in Toronto.

The 2025 season marked an important step forward for the Blues. After a challenging period, the club responded with renewed commitment, steady improvement, and a strong belief in what we’re building together—belief in the club, in our teammates, and in the process resulting in a preliminary final appearance.

The Central Blues are excited to announce CITY SHRED as our new Silver Tier sponsor! Founded in 2018 by Cheryl Willberg, City Shred has grown into an international fitness community known for its high-energy wellness events. What began in Toronto and later expanded to Vancouver now reaches major U.S. destinations including Miami, New York City, and Los Angeles.
